The suite is decorated in a farmhouse style with modern touches, and it is described as calm, cozy, clean and family-friendly.

Services cover a wide range of color work, from root refreshes, gloss and toner to balayage, dimensional lowlights, highlights, vivid and fashion color, color correction and double-process custom color. Haircuts are offered for children under 5, children 5 to 10, teens and tweens 12 to 16, men, and women, including bobs, pixies and curly cuts. Blowouts, perms, Brazilian Blowout and a range of conditioning and bond treatments round out the menu, along with brow tinting, brow waxing and upper lip and chin waxing.

Consultations are free and used to plan services and give a quote. The salon offers a free consultation for color, highlights and Halocouture work. Clients who need a plan for a larger color or highlight service are encouraged to book one first.

Booking requires deposits for some services. New clients booking a full head of color or highlights pay a $75 deposit, and custom double-process color requires $150. Full balayage and color correction each need a $100 deposit, platinum card highlights need $150, and Brazilian Blowout services need $150. Future appointments require a deposit. A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-call/no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours, although the first such cancellation or no-call/no-show is waived.

Payments go through the booking platform. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The salon is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM, Wednesday from 12 PM to 8 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Amber works as a perfectionist who gives each detail time, aiming to get the result right the first time so clients do not need a redo. The goal is for every client to feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
