About

Dr. Joshua Brady built the practice from the ground up as a physician-owned office. After residency he chose Tampa, citing its community and the skin care needs that come with Florida's year-round sun. The practice sees newborns, children, teens and adults, and presents itself as a place for expert care across medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. The practice says most medical dermatology patients are seen within days.

Services fall into medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, plus a pediatric group. Medical care covers full-body skin cancer screening, biopsies with pathology follow-up, and treatment for acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, hair loss, hyperhidrosis and rashes. Surgical work is done in the office under local anesthetic, usually in a single visit, and includes cyst removal, skin tag and wart removal, sebaceous hyperplasia treatment and skin cancer surgery. Tissue removed during biopsies and excisions goes to pathology, and patients are contacted with the results. The practice describes sebaceous hyperplasia as a harmless condition.

Cosmetic treatments include Botox, Daxxify, neurotoxin injections, SkinPen microneedling, professional chemical peels, prescription topical therapies and anti-aging consultations. The practice says it chooses cosmetic treatments for proven results rather than trends, without upselling. These treatments are self-pay and not covered by insurance, and cosmetic consultations carry a fee. Botox is priced per unit, with a personalized quote given at the consultation before any treatment.

For children, routine skin exams involve no shots or painful procedures, and the physicians work with both children and parents, explaining conditions in age-appropriate language. Dr. Brady is accepting new adult, adolescent and pediatric patients. Online booking shows the next openings, and urgent skin concerns can be phoned in to be seen sooner when possible. Benefits are verified before visits. Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Tricare, UnitedHealthcare and many Medicare Advantage plans are accepted. Some HMO plans need a referral, so those patients are asked to call before booking. Self-pay patients can request a written Good Faith Estimate.

New patients should bring photo ID, an insurance card, a list of current medications and any relevant records or referrals, and arrive 15 minutes early. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late are rescheduled. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows carry a $50 fee that insurance does not cover. The office is open Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, and is reached from I-275, the Veterans Expressway and Dale Mabry Highway. It serves patients from South Tampa, Westshore, Carrollwood, Brandon, Temple Terrace, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Wesley Chapel, among other areas.

Treatments are recommended for proven results rather than trends, and the physician's approach is described as thorough and direct, with options explained before any procedure.
