Every service starts with a consultation, and color consultations are especially encouraged so the stylist can learn a client's hair history, lifestyle and goals before anything is done. Walk-ins are occasionally accepted, but booking ahead is recommended, and online booking runs through Phorest. Hours are Monday 10 am to 8 pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9 am to 9 pm, and Friday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm. A parking lot in front of the salon has spots marked for Tailored Salon clients, and street parking is also available nearby.
