Lash extensions come in many styles, including wet, anime, manhua, wispy and angel, along with others. Lash fills are one price across all styles, a full set takes about two hours, and returning clients receive discounts on full sets. Bottom lash extensions are available after a consultation, and extension removal is offered as a shorter 30-minute service. The studio says it has offered lash extension services for 10 years.

On the brow side, services include tinting, waxing, threading and lamination. The Tailored Brow Experience combines tinting, tweezing and partial lamination in one visit, with guidance on brow shape and aftercare suited to the client's routine. It is offered as an alternative to microblading for people who want brow help without a permanent commitment.

Lash lifts use a keratin infusion, also known as a Korean lash lift, with or without tint. The formula is vegan and cruelty-free, and the studio uses more than 20 lash mold sizes and shapes to fit each client. If a lift does not take or the result is not satisfactory, a complimentary redo is offered.

Before a first lash appointment, free consultations and test patches are available. Clients are asked to remove makeup before arriving, with a cleanser on site if needed, and to leave contact lenses out, with saline solution provided. Caffeine is best avoided beforehand, and clients may bring earbuds or simple headphones. Services are for clients 16 and older, with parental or guardian consent needed under 18, and guests are not permitted during services. Bookings go through Vagaro, where clients complete the required forms before their appointment. Same-day bookings and changes are accepted when time allows. Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or less before the appointment are charged half the fee to the card on file, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full fee.

Services are tailored to each client, with free consultations and test patches offered before lash work and brow shape guidance built into the Tailored Brow Experience.

The room is kept around 70 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit, with blankets and a heating pad provided.
