Brow appointments range from a 15-minute Signature Brow Styling, which includes waxing, tweezing and a pencil or powder fill-in, to a version with brow tinting that can add optional threading and a light fill. London Soap Brows is a 45-minute brow lamination with an optional tint and light fill. It needs a 40-minute slot, cannot be moved at the last minute, and requires hair for the treatment.

Lash services include a lash lift that curls lashes upward, suggested for medium to long lashes, with optional tinting, and a separate lash tinting. Two eye lift packages combine brow and lash work: the Still Beauty Eye Lift, which pairs a signature brow service with a lash lift and tinting, and the Still Beauty Ultimate Eye Lift, which combines a brow lift and a lash lift. Clients booking London Soap Brows or an eye lift are asked to send a photo through the appointment confirmation text so the team can confirm they are a candidate, and serum is recommended beforehand if lashes are short.

Hair removal is offered through sugaring on the face and across the body, including the arms, legs, underarms, bikini and back, and a Brazilian service for men. Full Face Makeup takes about 90 minutes and lashes can be added as an option.

Booking rules: lash services and the Ultimate Eye Lift and Full Face Makeup require 72 hours' notice to cancel. The Ultimate Eye Lift and Full Face Makeup also require a $50 deposit that is non-refundable and non-transferable, paid by Apple Pay or invoice with a 4% convenience fee. Clients are asked to message through the appointment confirmation text for the fastest reply. No food or drink is allowed in the studio.

The King of Prussia studio is at 150 Allendale Rd, Suite 115 in Image Studios, near Dyson outside the mall. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. The Philadelphia studio is on the second floor at 1503 Walnut St.
