Before booking, clients can take a free brow consultation. It covers facial features, goals, which shape suits them, and aftercare. Shaping with tint or hybrid stain adds depth and color that lasts days to weeks, and Touch Up appointments maintain earlier work.

To hold a time slot, clients pay a non-refundable $50 retainer, which is applied to the total service balance. Financing is available with monthly payments as low as $47 and zero interest for 12 months. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice to move the retainer to a new date. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the retainer, and a new one is needed to rebook. Clients get a 10-minute grace period; after that the appointment may be cancelled and the retainer kept. No-call no-shows are permanently barred from future bookings.

Children and guests are not allowed in the room during appointments. Before a visit, clients are asked to avoid alcohol, coffee, soda, caffeine, and Tylenol or Ibuprofen for 24 to 48 hours. Afterward, the brows should stay dry and free of makeup for the first few days, the recommended healing ointment goes on, and sweating, saunas, and direct sunlight are avoided while they heal.
