The studio treats beauty as a daily ritual and sees looking after yourself as a basic need rather than an extra. It also holds that skincare is a form of health care, and it uses professional-grade products across its services.

Lash work covers classic extensions, which use one extension per natural lash, hybrid sets that blend classic and volume, and volume sets applied with a fan technique. Custom sets called The Imora, The Sasha and The Ashley are also offered, with fill-ins for each style and a separate fill-in for lashes applied by another artist. Lash lifts include a Korean lift and a Korean lift with tint, and cluster options run from natural to volume.

Brow services include shaping with tweezing or razor, waxing, henna and tint, and brow lamination that lasts up to six weeks. Bundles combine lamination, wax and tint. Facials range from a 30-minute express lunch-time facial to the Signature Facial with cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, mask and massage, plus the Glow, Back and Resurfacing facials. Teeth whitening is offered in 30- and 60-minute sessions, and new clients receive introductory pricing on facials and whitening.

Visits ask for arrival five minutes early, clean skin without makeup, no caffeine beforehand, and no extra guests or children. Clients share allergies, skin conditions, medications or health concerns before any service. After facials, each client receives personalized aftercare and skincare guidance. A $35 non-refundable retainer secures appointments, payment is by card or tap only, and rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice. Memberships start at $129 a month and carry a three-month minimum with monthly billing.

Beauty is treated as a daily ritual and skincare as health care, with the aim that each client leaves feeling elevated, seen and cared for.
