New patient consultations are accepted by application. Comprehensive Labs cost $325 as a one-time fee and are required for every new patient before any protocol. Labs are drawn at a partner lab or at the clinic. The first consultation runs at least 75 minutes and includes a full biomarker map and a written plan. The panel covers over 90 markers, including metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, blood count, kidney, liver, inflammatory and nutrient markers. Results are read against optimization-focused ranges, looking at ratios, trends and how body systems interact rather than population averages used to detect disease. Monthly follow-ups are included early in care, with retesting every 8 to 12 weeks at first, then spacing out to quarterly or semi-annual checks. The practice says it explains every lab and decision to the patient, and that it sells no packages or bundles and applies no pressure.
Services fall into several areas. Regenerative care uses mesenchymal stem cells, exosomes, and PRP or PRF, including ultrasound-guided injections into knees, shoulders, hips and tendons. Treatments are delivered by IV, intradermal, intranasal, joint injection or microneedling, depending on the target tissue. Regenerative products are sourced from Regenative Labs, which the site describes as an FDA-registered tissue processor, and the practice says its regenerative therapies come from vetted, ethically sourced suppliers. Peptide protocols are lab-guided and available in clinic or by telehealth, and some can be continued at home after training and follow-up.
Aesthetic work begins with a full-face assessment and facial mapping. Options include neuromodulators, filler for lips, cheeks, chin and jawline, and biostimulators. The practice often starts with biostimulators and PRF before filler and uses filler sparingly when indicated. Hormone and metabolic care covers bioidentical hormone replacement, thyroid support, insulin resistance care and GLP-1 medical weight loss. IV and wellness injections include Myers' Cocktail, NAD+, glutathione, B12, vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc and Lipo-MIC.
Direct Primary Care costs $100 per month with two visits included each month, and extra visits are $75 each. Hormone + DPC is $229 per month plus a one-time $199 startup fee. HRT + DPC All-Inclusive is $379 per month plus a one-time $599 startup fee and includes hormone supplies and HRT monitoring labs, though men's higher testosterone doses may cost more. Memberships run 12 months with a three-month minimum commitment and can be cancelled after the first three months. Members get 10% off services and supplements on DPC and Hormone + DPC, and 15% off on HRT + DPC All-Inclusive. The practice does not accept insurance, but it can provide superbills for HSA or FSA reimbursement where applicable.
The Laser Room shares Suite 102 at the Phoenix office but operates independently of TAI, with its own booking.
Every protocol is designed and performed by Teresa Le, and each patient is seen by one practitioner throughout rather than by rotating injectors. The practice works from biomarkers toward why symptoms occur, not only the surface symptom.
IV infusions are drawn up fresh and given in a quiet, comfortable room.
