The facial menu includes Acne Detox, Advanced, Back, Bright Skin, Deluxe, Dermaplane, Detox, Hydrating, Hydrofacial and Signature options. The Hydrofacial combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection. The Deluxe Facial covers the face, neck and décolleté and adds a shoulder massage and LED light therapy. Dermaplane Facial removes dead skin and vellus hair, and the Back Facial is a deep cleanse for the back. Most facials run about 60 to 90 minutes, and some intensive ones take up to two hours.

The chemical peel menu includes the Sensi Peel, a 6% TCA peel offered for sensitive skin and higher Fitzpatrick skin types; The Perfect Derma Peel, described as a medical grade, medium-depth peel; the PCA Peel with Hydroquinone, offered only to clients with no sensitivity to hydroquinone; the 4% Retinol Peel; the Bio Repeel; and the Ultra Peel.

For acne, the business offers Face Reality Acne Treatment, a personalized skincare system with a customized home-care regimen, and the Face Reality Acne Bootcamp, a program that can be customized and runs three to six months. The business says Face Reality clear-skin results take about three to four months to fully develop. Other skin services include microchanneling with ProCell stem cell serum and numbing cream, RF skin tightening for fine lines, firmness and texture, and Lasers and IPL Photofacial treatments for skin concerns. The Oasis Facial membership is $90 per month, Glow Up is $125 per month and Luxe is $150 per month. Each includes a complimentary monthly facial, discounts on skincare and additional treatments, and exclusive pricing on select services. The Luxe membership adds one Signature HydraFacial a month, up to three IPL Photofacials, up to three laser collagen stimulation sessions and a complimentary microneedling session to use within 12 months of signing up. Memberships carry a 12-month commitment with automatic monthly billing, and a card must stay on file. Unused monthly facials expire, with one carry-over allowed per calendar year.

Appointments need at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule; a later cancellation carries a $50 fee, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full service price. Clients are asked to avoid excessive sun for at least a week before treatment and to arrive with clean skin. Clients using retinoids, exfoliating acids, benzoyl peroxide or other active products may be asked to pause them for several days before a treatment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened.
