Blonding services range from a Blonding Refresh, for existing blonding clients who need brightness around the face frame, hairline or part, to a Signature Blonding for noticeable brightness, dimension and an allover refresh. Placement and technique for the signature service are customized to each client.

Color services include a Gloss Refresh for faded tones, brassiness, shine or richness; a Root Refresh for regrowth or grey coverage on established color; and a Signature Color for allover changes, added depth, and dimensional brunettes or reds.

Consultations come before larger work. A 30-minute Color Consultation is used for major changes, corrections, complicated color history and blonding transformations, and the appointment is prescribed afterward. New extension clients start with a free 30-minute Extension Consultation.

Hours are Monday and Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Changing or cancelling an appointment within 48 hours incurs a charge of half the booked services' total. Cancelling on the day of an appointment, or not showing up, incurs the full amount. These charges are calculated from the expected cost of the services and the length of time held when the booking is made.
