Facials are built around each client's skin type and goals rather than a fixed routine. Treatments are offered for acne, signs of aging, sensitivity, hyperpigmentation, dryness and general skin health. New clients begin with a first-time consultation and a customized facial, which runs 1 hour 15 minutes for $225. Standard customized and acne-focused facials are 1 hour at $165, and an anti-aging facial is 1 hour at $175. Teen and young adult facials for clients under 20 are priced from $95 to $135, depending on whether a consultation is included.

Most of the products used are organic, including the EMINENCE Certified Organic Skin Care line, and the studio is an authorized partner of that line. Products are chosen for calming inflammation, hydrating, brightening and supporting the skin barrier, and the formulas are plant-based and free of harsh chemicals. Clients can buy the same skincare to use at home. The salon describes the EMINENCE line as award-winning and says it is sold in more than 60 countries; these are the salon's own claims.

Add-ons can be combined with a facial. Options include microdermabrasion (15 minutes, $45), dermaplaning (15 minutes, $50), LED light therapy (20 minutes, $50) and a neck and decollete collagen treatment with micro (30 minutes, $95). Back clarifying treatment takes 45 minutes and costs $135. Waxing is quick: brows take 10 minutes at $20, brow and lip 15 minutes at $35, and brow, lip and chin 15 minutes at $45.

Full payment is due at booking. Appointments can be moved up to 48 hours ahead, and rescheduling later than 24 hours before, or missing an appointment, forfeits the prepaid fee. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early and text the studio on arrival. Booking with a gift card requires a phone call. Digital eGift cards come in $100, $150, $200, $250 or a custom amount, can be sent to yourself, by text or by email, and group gift cards let several people contribute to one recipient.

Treatments combine natural, plant-based ingredients with targeted methods aimed at common skin concerns, with each facial customized to the client.
