ASANA was created by owner Tida as a place to pause and tend to body and spirit. The business is built on the idea that self care matters, and it focuses on organic beauty, wellness and Eastern traditions.

Facials are custom made from organic fruit, vegetable, herb and botanical ingredients, and every facial includes a complimentary skin analysis, exfoliation, extraction and facial massage. Options range from a teen facial and a facial designed for men's skin to peels, LED light, microcurrent and oxygen-based treatments. Royal treatments such as Royal Siam Indulgence combine a Thai herbal facial with Thai foot reflexology, a sauna session and hand and scalp work.

Head spa treatments include personalized protocols, and Head Spa Scalp Therapy with microscopic scalp imaging is available at the Avon studio. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, Thai compress, bamboo and cupping, along with CBD treatments and body wraps. Saunas can be added to signature services or booked as a private 30-minute session by calling ahead, and sauna rooms are private with towels, robes and refreshments provided.

Clients can book online for either studio, and the business suggests booking about four weeks ahead or before leaving an appointment. Gift cards, memberships and packages are offered. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm, and Sunday by appointment.
