The head spa menu runs from a 60-minute Intensive Japanese Head Spa, which begins with a personalized scalp analysis and moves through aromatherapy, dry brushing, warm oil scalp massage, a hot stone shoulder massage, steam, a halo water rinse, and a shampoo and conditioner. A 75-minute Detox Scalp Treatment combines exfoliation, aromatherapy oils, steam and massage and finishes with a professional blowout. Clients who want more can book a Deluxe Head Spa + Facial, a two-hour visit that pairs a 60-minute head spa with a 30-minute customized facial and a blowout. A Men's Head Spa + Facial Combo and a Kids Head Spa are also offered.

The facial menu includes a Bioelements Custom Blend Facial, a Dermaplaning Facial with high-frequency treatment, red light therapy and a hydrating mask, a 45-minute Facial Massage, a Men's Facial Massage designed for men's skin including bearded skin, and a 60-minute Back Treatment that cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the back. A Hot Oil Treatment is available for hair; it uses a customized oil blend and steam, finished with a light blow-dry and serum, and it is not a massage.

Memberships give regular clients monthly treatments and member pricing, and they can be cancelled at any time. The studio can treat up to five guests at once, and groups of three or more receive 15% off.

Treatments are tailored to each client's scalp and hair type, including thin, curly or textured hair, and clients can ask for adjustments such as room temperature or massage pressure at any point during a visit. The business states that its oils are 100% organic.
