The salon frames its work as holistic, with attention on the health of the client, their hair and the environment. It holds that nutrition, daily habits and the products used all shape hair health, and it describes a visit as a holistic self-care experience. It says it welcomes clients of any race, identity, sexuality, gender, neurodivergent or physical attributes. The salon says reds and brunettes are a specialty.

Curly hair care is a core part of the menu. Complete Curl Care is priced at $190 and covers a dry curly cut, organic shampoo and conditioning, curly styling, diffusing and a finishing dry cut tailored to curl pattern. Express curl care is $123 and is a dry curly cut with a dry product refresh. Color sessions are named Renew, Revive and Reinvigorate for balayage work, and Refresh and Revitalize for single-process color and root touch-ups. Each color session includes a curl cut and style, and a Detox and Conditioning Treatment can be added to any color session for $33.

New clients begin by filling out a consultation form, uploading front and back photos of their hair and an inspiration photo, then booking and waiting for email approval. The first appointment is an extended visit that includes a consultation, a plan, custom-blended color and a plan for future visits. New-client sessions range from a 1.5-hour scalp and hair care visit at $145 to a 5.5-hour hybrid color session at $523, and they include take-home video recaps. Clients who have not been seen in six months or more fill out a returning client form and book an extended consultation. Visits also come with guidance on the arrival state of hair: clean, dry and detangled, washed within 48 hours, worn down in its natural texture and without ponytails.

Policies are set out in advance. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice, and a missed window carries a $50 no-show fee due before the next booking. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late pay a $15 late fee and may not receive every booked service, or may need to rebook with a non-refundable deposit. Adjustments to a cut or color can be made within seven days of service. Retail products can be exchanged within 60 days if the client is unhappy, and all other sales are final. The salon accepts cash, cards and Venmo, donates 10% of retail purchases to a local charitable organization, and offers water, seasonal drinks, snacks and phone charging during appointments.
