The menu is organized into manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, children's services and add-on services. The basic manicure includes trimming and shaping, cuticle care, lotion, a massage, a hot towel wrap and polish, and the Princess and Platinum versions add a paraffin wrap, with the Platinum also including a hot stone massage. Pedicures start with a sea salt foot soak and move through nail shaping, cuticle work, a foot sole buff, a sugar scrub and massage lotion, with higher tiers adding a cooling mask, hot stone oil massage, or specialty product lines.

The OPI Platinum Pedicure uses OPI products, the ON SEN Diamond Pedicure uses ON SEN products with a rose petal soap bath, a mineral foot soak and an extra ten minutes of massage, and the Callus Volcano Spa Pedicure uses products containing C.B.D. Gel polish can be added to most pedicures for an additional fee.

Nail enhancement options include acrylic fills, acrylic with gel, dip nails in several finishes such as ombre, pink and white ombre, and dip with a tip. Nail design, French tips, color changes and acrylic, gel or dip removal, with or without a wrap, are also available. Kids can have a manicure, a gel manicure or a combined manicure and pedicure.

Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis, though during busy periods clients may be asked to wait or to book for later. Groups and longer services may need a deposit or prepayment. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. The salon says tools are sterilized and disposable items are used where suitable, and it uses disposable liners for each client.

The salon says it uses professional-grade products and sanitizes tools and equipment between clients, using disposables where appropriate.
