Nail services cover manicures, pedicures and pedicure add-ons, Gel-X extensions, dipping powder, builder gel, gel manicures and nail art. Gel-X is applied much like press-on nails and removed by dissolving in acetone. The salon describes its dipping powder as organic and says it does no damage to the skin. Builder gel goes onto natural nails with no fake tips and is described as lasting two to three weeks. Maintenance every two to three weeks is recommended, and appointments that run past three to four weeks may be charged full-set pricing. New sets carry a five-day warranty against chips, lifts or breaks, repaired at no charge, while enhancements done at another salon are not covered.

Pedicures range from the Express and Natural Smoother to the Hot Paraffin, Hocus Pocus, Spoiled Me and Mystique Golden. The Hocus Pocus pedicure includes a hibiscus soak, purple scrub, cuticle care, hibiscus mask and hot stone massage, with complimentary red wine, mimosa or Vietnamese coffee. The Spoiled Me pedicure adds a neck warmer, paraffin, collagen, an organic mud mask, a 15-minute massage and hot stone. The Mystique Golden pedicure includes paraffin, collagen, a gold mud mask and massage. Paraffin or collagen can be added to any pedicure for $10. Waxing is offered for eyebrows, upper lip, chin, sideburns, underarms, arms and legs, with prices starting at $10 for the small areas and $70 for full legs.

Eyebrow powder ombré, a permanent cosmetic brow treatment offered under the BrowsbyPenny name, is priced at $400, and prospective clients are asked to contact the salon before booking. The first session takes about two to three hours and includes brow shaping, custom color matching and the chosen technique. Most clients need a touch-up within about two months, which takes about one to one and a half hours and is charged by timeframe. The treatment does not replace makeup and is low maintenance rather than no maintenance. Results depend on aftercare, skin type, lifestyle and existing brow hair, and are not guaranteed. A $50 non-refundable deposit applies toward the total fee, and clients may reschedule once with 72 hours notice.

Booking policies include a 24-hour notice for nail cancellations and a 15-minute hold, after which a client counts as a no-show. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early to choose colors, and late arrivals may have their service shortened while the full fee still applies. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for brow appointments may mean cancellation and a new deposit or a $35 late fee, and no-shows are charged the full appointment value. Leaving without paying in full incurs a $150 late fee. Refunds are not issued, gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable, cash is preferred and personal checks are not accepted. Outside polish and products are not used, and children are welcome only when being serviced.
