The studio is owned and run by Tay, who handles every client herself. Clients begin with a free 30-minute consultation that determines which services suit their skin, and facials are then customized after a skin analysis at the appointment. The menu runs from a Men's Vitality Facial through the Glass Skin Facial, Oxygenating Trio Treatment, Expert Anti-Pigment Facial and Vitamin Infused Golden Glow Facial, with an Ultimate Anti-Aging Facial and a 90-minute Ultimate Anti-Aging Specialty Facial that uses an Argireline Contour Mask.

Standalone treatments include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning (performed with a medical-grade scalpel and AHA prep to remove vellus hair), and a 60-minute PCA Skin Peel, where a series of six is recommended. Micro-needling is a 120-minute session that includes numbing cream, hyaluronic acid and a home care kit. The studio notes that a minimum of three sessions is needed for results, with six recommended, and that buying five sessions makes the sixth 50% off.

Products come from PCA Skin, Dolce Dew (used in the Glass Skin Facial) and Esthemax HydroJelly masks. The studio describes itself as the first and only Dolce Dew partner in Wisconsin. It also states that no product is used on a client's skin unless it has first been used on the owner's skin. Facial rooms have a heated table, a 5 lb weighted blanket, a lavender and flaxseed head pillow and aromatherapy, and water is offered before and after services. The studio says it is fully accessible and asks clients to get in touch about any further needs.

The studio is open Tuesday from 10AM to 8PM, Wednesday from 10AM to 6PM, Thursday from 10AM to 8PM and Saturday from 9AM to 5PM. A valid credit or debit card is needed to book, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged. Cancellations 72 hours or more ahead are free, cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50%, and within 6 hours 100%. Arriving 15 minutes late is charged as a no-show. Intake forms must be completed at least 24 hours before the appointment. Children under 12 are not allowed, and ages 12 to 17 may attend only for a service with a consenting parent or guardian. Services are non-refundable, and gift cards are not offered. Unopened products can be returned within two weeks of purchase, and product-only pickup is available by arranging it with the owner by text or DM. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and cash, but not checks. Referral, military and birthday offers are available. Gratuity is optional. Pets are not allowed in the building except trained service animals, and outside food and alcohol are not permitted.

The studio works in a corrective way, aiming treatments and products at results while aiming to help clients reach their skin goals.

Facial rooms are set up for comfort, with a heated table, a weighted blanket, lavender aromatherapy and a head pillow.
