Medical spa services and cosmetic injectables are provided by a trained physician. Botox Cosmetic, which is FDA-approved to temporarily soften moderate to severe frown lines, crow's feet and forehead lines in adults, takes about 10 minutes with minimal downtime. Juvaderm and Kybella are also offered, and pricing for injectables is given on request.

Laser hair removal uses a 755-nm Alexandrite laser and a 1064-nm Nd:YAG laser, switched during a session as needed, and is offered for most areas of the body and for all skin colours. Blond, red or grey hair may not respond well. A free consultation is recommended first, and clients shave the day before and stop waxing, tweezing or threading about two weeks ahead. Cooled air is used in place of topical numbing cream, and there is no downtime, though sun exposure, tanning beds and some medications can increase skin sensitivity. Facial sessions are about four weeks apart and body sessions every six to eight weeks.

Facial menus are arranged in six specialized levels, from microdermabrasion with a treatment mask at the entry level to a Hydrowand facial with enzyme at the top. Other options include dermaplaning, oxygenation with a choice of serums, micro-current for expression lines, and light to moderate lactic peels that can stand alone or follow a facial. Peels are graded in four levels using PCA Skin formulations, and minimally invasive treatments need an aftercare routine to be followed. Permanent makeup covers microblading, eyeliner, lip liner and full lips, and every permanent procedure requires a free consultation first, uses disposable needles and includes a follow-up about six weeks later.

Appointments are required and depend on availability, and a 24-hour cancellation notice applies. Clients must be 18 or older or have parental consent, and children may come only while receiving a service with an adult present at all times. Phones are asked to be silenced. Gift certificates can be bought online. Each month the salon gives one complimentary treatment chosen from client nominations, excluding medical spa services, and holds a monthly raffle for a free treatment. Services are also donated to local fundraisers. Prices may change without notice.
