The menu is built around lash extensions. Full sets come in three styles: a classic set that places one extension on each natural lash and is generally described as natural-looking, a hybrid set, and a volume set that fans two to six extensions onto each isolated natural lash. Classic Natural Fullset takes about 1 hour 15 minutes, hybrid about 1 hour 30 minutes, and volume about 1 hour 40 minutes. The home page labels the volume set as the most popular service.
Between full sets, clients return for refills or touch-ups. Refills are offered at one, two and three weeks, with the price set by how long it has been and how many natural lashes remain. Touch-ups run from one to four weeks, with each interval listed alongside the share of lashes still in place. Lash removal is also available.
