A complimentary 25-minute facial consultation includes a skin analysis, a conversation about concerns and goals, and personalized treatment recommendations. Facial options run from a 35-minute mini facial that cleanses, exfoliates, hydrates and refreshes the skin, without extractions, massage or enhancements, to a 60-minute Mai-Signature facial that adds a skin analysis, double cleanse, extractions when needed, exfoliation, facial massage, treatment masks, serums, moisturizer and SPF. The 90-minute customized facial is tailored to skin concerns and can include extractions, advanced modalities, several serums and corrective enhancements such as LED light therapy, high frequency and a Hydro Jelly Mask. Facial enhancements are add-ons with three options, priced by selection, and they do not extend the appointment.
Two facials are offered at model prices: a 90-minute Mai-Signature facial and a 120-minute customized facial. In exchange for the lower price, the service is filmed and photographed for the business's social media, and extra time is added to allow for filming.
Lash services cover removal of extensions using a professional remover that dissolves the adhesive without harming natural lashes, fills at one, two and three weeks, a lash lift, a lash lift with tint, and a full wet-set extension set with a textured, glossy look and spikes for a wet-lash effect. Fills depend on how many extensions remain: a one-week mini fill must be booked within 7 days of the last appointment and is not recommended after significant lash loss, while two-week and three-week fills require at least half and two-fifths of extensions to remain on each eye. The Mai-Luxe Duo combines a Mai-Signature facial with a full wet set for $165.
