The salon's core is the t'Amm Method, a four-level sequence of care. A new guest, or someone returning after 90 or more days away, starts with COMPLETE. That visit opens with a consultation and a hair and scalp assessment, then a moisture-balancing cleanse and conditioning, a head spa scalp ritual with massage and aromatherapy, continuous steam hydration, a head spa fountain treatment and an eye mask, and ends with a natural hair finish of the guest's choice plus a trim when needed. After a COMPLETE booking is accepted, the guest is sent a hair and scalp questionnaire. Returning guests who came in within the last three months can book SIGNATURE at any time, and guests who visit every four weeks up to three months are asked to book it. SIGNATURE repeats most of the COMPLETE steps. ESSENTIAL suits guests who come in every two to three weeks after finishing SIGNATURE; it covers steam hydration, cleansing and conditioning, and a finish, and can only be booked online after a stylist has talked through the sequence and confirmed eligibility.

Extensions are a separate track. Fairy Knots installs begin with a consultation, which can be a one-on-one call by video or phone or an in-person visit, and hair is included unless noted otherwise. A $500 non-refundable deposit secures a Fairy Knots appointment. The Invisible Fairy Knots option is braid-free and bond-free and is offered only after consultation. TRANSFORMATION is the enhancement level of the method for guests who want more length, fullness or versatility from extensions. Fairy Knots Transformation luxury extensions start at $2,700, and extension services run from $2,700 to $3,500 or more. Returning extension guests can book Fairy Knots maintenance or a removal with silk press online.

Beyond the method, the salon offers natural hair finishes: silk press, individual twists, flat twist, amino acid smoothing treatment, crochet braids and luxury extensions. After treatments, guests are given a daily deep hydration product for silk press and a texture softening product for natural styles, and are advised to wear a scarf or bonnet at night to protect their hair.

Visits follow the t'Amm Method, a four-level sequence built around personal consultation, scalp care, hydration, precision styling and healthy-hair maintenance, with each level matched to how often a guest comes in.
