The hair menu is long. It includes men's clipper or scissor cuts, kids' cuts for ages 12 and under, and women's cuts from simple bang trims to razor and specialty cuts. Color options run from gray-coverage touch-ups and balayage refreshes to full highlights, color correction and locs color. Textured-hair work includes silk press, roller and flexi sets, flat twists, comb coils, retwists and interlock maintenance, along with relaxers, perms and virgin relaxers. Braiding and extension services include cornrows, crochet braids, Fulani and Bohemian braids, sew-ins, tape-ins, invisible weft, and K-tip, I-tip and F-tip installs. Several named packages bundle services, including the Dream Team Package, Scalp Sanctuary and Balance in Bloom.

Skin services are a smaller part of the menu: a dermaplane facial, the Glow and Go package that pairs a 60-minute dermaplane facial with a haircut or trim and a blowout or silk press, and the 180-minute Skin and Scalp Revival, which adds hydro-exfoliating and LED therapy to a scalp analysis and blowout.

Services are booked through the services page, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. Some services ask for a deposit between $10 and $50 when booking, and deposits are non-refundable. Clients who do not call to cancel and do not show, or who cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, are charged 50 percent of the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold.
