Eyebrow threading takes about 20 minutes and is used to shape and define the brows. The embellished option adds steps after threading: the brows are filled in, then given definition with brow pomade and concealer. According to the studio, this service does not involve tinting. Henna is applied after the brows have been mapped to add color and density, and pairing henna with threading covers all three steps in a single appointment. Microblading uses a manual handheld tool to deposit pigment strokes that resemble hair into the upper layer of the skin. Clients can add shading to microblading for extra density, and touch-up appointments are available on a set schedule.

Beyond brows, the studio offers face threading by area, including lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, forehead, neck and full face with or without brows. Microneedling for the face, face and neck, or face, neck and decollete uses tiny needles to stimulate collagen production. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face free of makeup, lotions and serums, and to have a consult before the first appointment. Packages of three microneedling sessions are priced below the single-session rate. House calls are available for 90 minutes at $100 plus travel fees based on distance and time, and are booked by text. Microblading is not offered as a house call.

The studio also runs training courses for eyebrow threading, henna and a combined threading and henna course. Each includes a kit sized for a set number of clients, and each requires a deposit to hold a place.

Booking policies require at least 8 hours' notice to cancel, with later cancellations possibly charged to the card on file unless another appointment is rebooked the same day. Late cancellations inside that window must be confirmed through Glossgenius or with the owner. There is an 8-minute grace period for late arrivals, and arriving later may mean losing the appointment and a fee. A no-show is charged the full cost of the services booked that day.
