Services cover women's and men's cuts, color and highlights, styling for everyday and formal occasions, facial waxing and kids' haircuts. The salon also offers house calls for haircuts, which suits clients who prefer not to travel.

Color work starts with a consultation. A free 15-minute consultation covers hair history, the result the client wants, maintenance expectations and pricing so a service plan can be chosen. A separate color consult, of at least 20 minutes, is used to plan the color service, which is booked on a different day. All color services require that first step. Color is mixed with INOA, which is ammonia-free and fragrance-free. The salon states that INOA gives 50% more shine than on previously colored hair.

Men's grooming includes classic beard trims, neck trims, dry and wet cuts, and Men's Color Camo, a custom-blended color that blends away gray. The Fancy One for Him is the most complete option, with a scalp massage, deep cleansing shampoo, steam facial towel, a cleansing facial or warm paraffin hand dip, arm massage, conditioning, a precision cut and styling, and at-home hair care recommendations.

Booking policies are set out clearly. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Each visit begins with a consultation to learn about the client's hair and goals before a service plan is agreed on, and color is planned separately before it is applied.
