The Swoon Room operates as a private studio that takes private bookings at 2690 E Main St., Suite 105, in St. Charles.

Haircut and styling services cover men's and women's cuts, a precision fringe trim and cut, and polished blowouts. Several cut and styling services include a luxury cleanse and a finished style. Color work centers on custom color, dimensional blonding, and seamless balayage and highlights, from partial and full balayage to lived-in color that blends highlights and lowlights. Glaze and toner refreshes, root touch-ups, and an intensive deep mask for hair repair are also offered.

Hair extensions are offered as keratin bond (K-tip) extensions, sew-in weft extensions, K-tip reinstalls, and maintenance visits for extension move-ups and removal. A $150 consultation comes before any installation, and that fee is applied to the service. New clients pay a $150 deposit for keratin bond and sew-in weft extensions, and a $100 deposit for K-tip reinstalls. Hair for installation is not included in the keratin bond or sew-in pricing, and a custom color match is required.

Booking requires a card on file. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service, no-shows may be charged the full service price, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. The studio is open Monday through Friday 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 1 PM to 5 PM.

Services are built around custom color, with a complimentary 10-minute color consultation before booking and a consultation before any extension installation.
