The business centers its work on each client's own goals and on a client-focused idea of self-love and beauty. The salon states it is in the top 1% of Galderma accounts nationwide and describes itself as Milwaukee's best Botox and Dysport spot; these are its own claims. Services are by appointment only, a free consultation comes before any Botox or Dysport treatment, and a free skincare consultation with an aesthetician is also offered.

Botox and Dysport are neuromodulator treatments used to soften wrinkles caused by facial movement, with no downtime. Listed treatment areas include forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, brow lift, lip flip, gummy smile, the jaw and neck, hyperhidrosis, and pore and oil reduction. The site says the goal is natural-looking results that keep facial expression, and notes that Botox has been FDA approved for wrinkles for more than 20 years. Common side effects are minor bruising, swelling and redness at the injection site. Clients are asked to avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements beforehand, and afterward to avoid rubbing or massaging treated areas and to skip strenuous exercise that day.

Lip filler is made from hyaluronic acid and uses smaller, measured amounts for subtle change built over time; Restylane Kysse and Juvederm are among the products used. At each lip visit the injector reviews the product, amount and pricing before treatment, and clients go home with an ice pack for bruising and swelling. Sculptra is priced per vial at $1,000, with suggested vial counts that depend on the client's decade of age, starting at $2,000 for two vials.

Beyond injectables, Sweet Tox offers PDO thread lifts, PRF and PRP, BBL and MOXI laser treatments, Skin Pen and Glo Pin microneedling, Queen Machine radio frequency microneedling, chemical peels, facials, IV hydration, pellet hormone replacement, medical weight loss, GI food analyzer testing and liquid lipo. Visits outside regular hours can be arranged for an extra fee by email, and each appointment includes a complimentary coffee, latte or tea from the in-house Café Sweet. The business sells its own skin care line, and gift cards can be bought online.

Sweet Tox takes a client-centered, non-surgical approach that aims for natural-looking results and suggests starting injectables early when that suits the client.
