The clinic's approach centers on conservative, natural-looking changes. Treatment plans move at a gradual pace, and facial balancing plans are built after a full-face assessment, combining filler and neurotoxin across the chin, jawline, cheeks, lips and under-eyes. Plans can be finished in a single visit or spread over several appointments.

A visit typically begins with a consultation that sets the treatment area, dose, cost and toxin type before anything is injected. The 45-minute Comprehensive Consult, listed at $50, covers neurotoxin, filler, Sculptra, BioRePeel and microneedling, and can include same-day Botox if the client wants it. A 15-minute follow-up is used to review results and adjust the neurotoxin dose if needed. When online booking has no open times, clients can join a wait list with Caitlin Mack.

The filler range is built on Restylane and RHA hyaluronic acid products, selected by treatment area and the result the client is after. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase when needed. Neurotoxin treatments use Dysport or Daxxify, both FDA-approved, since the clinic does not carry the Botox brand. Microneedling is performed with the FDA-cleared SkinPen device, and the clinic also offers PRP treatments made from the client's own blood. Gift cards are available for products or services.

Treatments follow a slow, steady and conservative path, with plans customized to each face and aimed at natural, balanced results.
