Every visit starts with a skin analysis so that treatments can be adjusted to each client. The facial menu runs from a 60-minute Essential Facial suited to new clients through to longer treatments that add dermaplaning, cupping, LED light, hydrodermabrasion, or Korean-inspired carboxy and mask services. Acne work is built around a free virtual consultation and an acne program, with an Acne Bootcamp session available to clients enrolled in that program.

Waxing is offered for the bikini area, Brazilian, and underarms, with an optional soothing mask that can be added to a wax. Sweet Skin states that its techniques are chosen to limit irritation and ingrown hairs.

Professional skincare products are sold in the studio and online, with orders fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours and free shipping on US orders of $75 or more. Certain items are final sale and are marked before purchase. New clients pay a deposit when booking some services, such as the Brazilian Wax and Essential Facial, and deposit amounts vary by facial.

Services are customized to each client, and treatments are performed with skin-protective techniques meant to reduce irritation and ingrowns.
