The facial menu starts with a 30-minute Refresh ($160), which covers a deep cleanse, exfoliation and hydration. The 45-minute Back facial ($190) adds extractions and a mask to that base and focuses on the back. The 60-minute Luminous facial ($200) is customized to the client's skin and includes extractions, hydration and a light massage of the neck and face. The 75-minute Diamond Glo ($260) uses microdermabrasion, extractions, a mask and hydration. The Oxygen Skin Regenerative Peel (45 minutes, $180) is listed for brightening, tightening, softening fine lines, addressing pigmentation and firming. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full cost of the treatment, and clients more than 15 minutes late without notice are treated as cancelled and charged in full. Illness, work emergencies and travel delays are not exempt. A card must be kept on file and is charged if the policy is not honored. Online shop orders ship within 3 to 7 days, and all sales are final with no returns.
