The menu is grouped into waxing, brows and add-ons. Waxing ranges from quick work on the lips, cheeks and ears to full face, full back, full arms and full legs, with each service listed with its own time so clients know what to expect. Brazilian and bikini options are offered for clients with a vagina, and the studio also offers select waxing services for men. Brow work includes shaping with a complimentary fill-in, a custom tint, and a combined brow duo. Add-ons such as an electrical High Frequency treatment and a small crystal application can be added to another service but cannot be booked on their own.

The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM and is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients need a non-refundable deposit to book, which is applied toward the service, and the balance is due at the appointment; cash is preferred and cards are accepted. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly three weeks of growth, before waxing. Reschedules made more than 24 hours ahead keep the deposit for a later booking, while late cancellations and no-shows forfeit it. A five-minute grace period applies to late arrivals.

Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Extra guests are not allowed unless they are also being serviced, though clients may bring a child to an appointment if needed.

The studio is run by one esthetician who places emphasis on skin health and client comfort.
