The lash menu covers classic, hybrid and volume full sets, along with elevated and soft volume styles, mascara wet sets and Signature Express Cluster Lashes, which the studio says last about 10 to 14 days with proper aftercare. Bottom lash extensions and cluster lash removal are also offered, and Lash Extension Removal and Cleanse is available for clients ending their extensions. Fills are timed by week: a 1 Week Touch-Up must come within 7 days of the last lash appointment, a 2 Week Fill within 14 days and a 3 Week Fill within 21 days. Fills need roughly 40 to 50 percent of extensions still in place, depending on the service, or a full set is charged. A Previous Artist Fill is available for lashes applied elsewhere.

Brow services include Brow Sculpt, which uses a brow mapping string and can add a brow tint, and Brow Lamination, which can include optional tint and wax add-ons. Brow lamination and lash lift appointments must be at least six weeks apart. The Korean Lash Lift lifts natural lashes without extensions. Waxing is limited to chin, lip and sideburns, at $10 each.

Clients with sensitivities or concerns can book a patch test at no charge, to be completed 24 to 48 hours before the main appointment. The Enhance My Appointment add-on adds aromatherapy, a warm towel eye wrap, a scalp massage, under-eye gel patches and a lip mask. Appointments before 10 AM or after 6 PM carry a $25 up-charge, and federal holidays carry a $50 up-charge. Heavy product on the eyes requires a deeper cleanse for an extra $5. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge, and all payments are non-refundable. A card on file is required to book, and extra guests and children are only allowed when they are also receiving a service.

Beyond services, the studio runs education and business support. Lash training includes a standard two-day Classic course at $999 and a deluxe two-day Classic course at $1,199 that includes a professional light and massage table, both with certification of completion. A five-hour Wispy Masterclass in Hybrid Wispy Cat-Eye lashing is offered to experienced lash artists for $649. Other offerings include a monthly mentorship for beauty business owners at $49 per month, limited to 15 members per cohort, a 45-minute Lash Tech Coaching Call for $75, and a Social Club membership at $79 per month with quarterly events, priority booking and a quarterly gift box. Lash artist positions are offered on a W-2 or 1099 basis, part-time or full-time. Independent providers working in the studio set their own hours, pricing and policies.
