Sugaring here uses a paste made from sugar, water and lemon juice. It is applied warm and pulls hair in the direction of growth. The studio says the method is less painful than waxing and suits sensitive or dry skin, and it describes its paste as natural and free of chemicals. Brazilian sugaring is based on anatomy rather than gender and is similar to a Brazilian wax. First-time clients, or anyone whose last session was more than six weeks ago, book the full Brazilian; regulars returning every four to six weeks book maintenance. Some Brazilian and bikini services are offered only by select estheticians, and clients must call to book them.

Facials start with a skin analysis, and each treatment is adjusted to the client's skin. Options can target anti-aging, acne, pigmentation and brightening, hormonal skin, dull skin, rejuvenation, dewy glow and detoxing. Hydro Glow facials use hydro-dermabrasion with oxygen infusion and customized serums, and a gentler Acrylic HydroPeel tip is available for sensitive skin. Clients with active cold sores, open wounds, a recent chemical peel, sunburn, Botox or filler in the last five to seven days, or current Accutane use are asked to avoid Hydro Glow.

Visits go more smoothly when clients arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to receive numbing cream while they wait. Numbing cream is also sold for home use, ideally applied 30 to 45 minutes before sugaring. Clients are asked to exfoliate the area lightly a day ahead, avoid oils and moisturizers that day, and avoid sun exposure, swimming, sweating and sexual activity for 24 hours afterward. Lash lifts are offered as an alternative to extensions, along with brow lamination and tinting; clients should arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and brows.

Estheticians work across four levels. Level 1 is an apprentice level priced $10 below Level 2 and gets extra appointment time, Level 2 requires at least four months as an associate, Level 3 attends regular trainings, and Level 4 attends at least three a year. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; later changes and no-shows are charged 50% of the service, and appointments longer than an hour require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Clients 16 or younger need a parent or guardian in the room for the whole service, and 17-year-olds may attend alone after a parent or guardian checks them in and signs a consent form.

Facials are customized after a skin analysis, and sugaring visits include clear guidance on home care so results can be kept up.
