Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. A consultation is required before booking starter locs or repairs, and appointments for those services are not taken without one.

The menu centers on locs: starter micro locs with extensions, traditional loc retwists with no style, standard style, or detailed style, interlock maintenance for traditional locs, loc color for new growth, loc color lift and tone for blonde hair, and a loc detox treatment. Haircuts are also offered. Clients can request a VIP appointment, and the studio notes that VIP bookings after 7 pm, same-day, or on closed days carry an additional $50 fee.

Booking rules are firm. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, late cancellations are charged a 50% service fee, and no-shows must pay before rebooking. Appointments arriving 10 minutes late are canceled and charged as a no-show. Extra guests are not allowed at appointments. If no appointments are open after 5 pm, clients can text to request one, though a slot is not guaranteed.
