The studio's guiding idea is to celebrate beauty in all its forms, in an inclusive setting where each client should feel seen, valued and empowered. Services are described with attention to detail, and the studio says it uses high-quality wax and current techniques.

Brow services include waxing, tinting, lamination and a calming rose mask for the brow area, with combined packages for clients who want several steps at once. Lash services center on the lash lift and tint, and a total lash service combines the two. Aftercare guidance is given for both, including keeping brows and lashes dry for 24 hours and avoiding sweating, steam, saunas, tanning and makeup for a day after brow or lash services. Brows are also advised to avoid retinol and chemical or physical exfoliants for 72 hours before and after waxing, lamination or tinting.

Waxing is organized by area, from facial and underarm work through full arms, back and front, to bikini, Brazilian and full leg services. Bikini, modified bikini, extended bikini and Brazilian waxes each describe the exact area they cover. A first-time Brazilian wax is booked for a first visit or when more than six weeks have passed since the last session.

Makeup services include special occasion application, which can include false lash application, and bridal trials. Personal shopping sessions are offered at Ridgedale Sephora or Ulta, and a makeup lesson is recommended first.

Bridal work can be done in the salon or on location. The first step is a consultation. Wedding bookings require a minimum of three services and makeup trials, and a 50 percent deposit of the total balance reserves the date; that deposit is non-refundable after seven business days. Mileage charges apply to weddings outside a 25-mile radius of the studio, and a hotel stay the night before is required for travel outside a 90-mile radius.

The studio builds its services around an inclusive mission and asks clients to follow simple aftercare for brows and lashes so results last between visits.
