The studio was founded by Stephanie Gunner, who says many of the clients she meets struggle with image, self-confidence, and self-esteem. Her stated goal is to give people the knowledge to make changes that suit them. The studio's own providers include Stephanie Ryder, a licensed esthetician and photographer, along with providers associated with other businesses.

Lashes, brows, and skin care form the core of the menu. Lash services include lash lifts with tint, classic, hybrid, and volume extensions, and refills in each style. Permanent makeup covers microblading, ombré shading, combo brows, and freckles as an add-on, with appointments of two to three hours and a $50 non-refundable deposit. Facials, a back facial, and an intimate care session are also offered, alongside makeup sessions and a full waxing menu.

Memberships are a large part of how the studio works. Members receive 15% off services and retail each month, priority booking, and member-only promotions. Plans can be paused or cancelled, and autopay is flexible. Plans cover brows, facials, lashes, and nails, with a Gel X bundle for two full sets.

The studio also runs photography sessions, from a short senior promo to a five-hour personal branding shoot, and offers self-paced business mentorship. Free community yoga is held every Monday, and private yoga is available one-on-one or in small groups, in person or online.
