Hair work covers cuts, color and highlights in shades from mild to bold, braids for men, women and kids, relaxers, extensions, treatments, and wash and style. An onsite specialist makes custom handmade wigs and handles wig maintenance. Esthetician services include facial care, waxing from lip, chin or nose up to full body, and body services, and the studio notes that male intimate area waxing is not offered. The team lists makeup, lash design, nail enhancements, shampoo treatments, locs, micro-links, tape-ins, alopecia and natural hair care among its specialties, and describes its professionals as highly skilled.

The studio is set up with 11 private suites, 4 floor stations and 2 semi-private nail stations. Private studios have a TV, and the main lobby has cable with Netflix access. Clients can expect towel service, general cleaning, free WiFi, and coffee and bottled water. A part-time receptionist and security cameras are on site, and a stylist can have calls routed to their personal phone on request. Walk-ins are not accepted. The studio is open Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday and Monday services are booked by appointment with an individual professional.

Starting prices run from $10 for lip, chin or nose waxing to $300 for custom wigs, with pedicure experiences starting at $50 and nail sets from $55 depending on design and length.
