Retouches carry an additional fee that depends on the style and how much adjustment or repair is needed. Children must stay calm and seated, and a service may be declined if a child cannot sit still. Concerns about hair services must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment, and refunds are not issued for hair services. The salon is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Tools, chairs and stations are sanitized between each client, and clients with allergies, scalp tenderness or sensitivity are asked to tell the stylist before the service begins.
