Sugaring is the core of the menu, including a Brazilian sugaring service that covers the front, the sides and the back. Before a sugaring or waxing visit, clients are asked to let hair grow at least three weeks if they have been shaving, exfoliate 24 hours ahead, stop retinoids or chemical exfoliants a week before, and wear loose clothing.

On the lash and brow side, the studio offers the Korean lash lift, which it notes is among its most requested services, along with K-Lash Lift and Brow Lamination and a brow service that combines mapping, waxing and tinting. The studio states that Korean lash lift results can last up to 8 weeks, and that brow tint can last up to 7 days on the skin and 3 to 4 weeks on the hair. For lash lift and brow lamination, clients are asked to avoid waxing, plucking, trimming, depilatory creams, retinoids and chemical exfoliants for a week beforehand, arrive with a bare face, and bring their own case if they wear contacts.

Booking comes with a few firm rules. The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm and closed Sundays. Confirmation emails list the address and booked services, and reminders go out 48 hours ahead. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, after which the visit is canceled or rescheduled and half the service cost is charged. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead are free, while later changes carry a half-cost charge and no-shows or no-calls are charged the full cost. A declined card blocks further booking until it is paid. Cash is preferred and Zelle is accepted; cards carry a fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. Cash must be the exact amount because no change is given, and there are no refunds or returns. Clients under 16 must come with a parent or guardian, who waits in the hallway. Booking means agreeing to these policies.
