Bookings are made through the salon's GlossGenius booking page. Services are listed with starting prices and time estimates, and several require a deposit to hold the appointment.

The menu covers cutting, color and extensions. The Luxury Cut is a custom haircut that includes a wash, deep conditioning, blow dry and styling in the style the client chooses, and takes about 80 minutes. Color options range from Solid Color or Root Retouch, which covers a root touch-up of one inch or less with gloss through solid color, to Complete Custom Color, which begins with a full consultation and includes a custom color and precision cut. Classic Highlights adds toner and a precision cut and blow dry.

The Blonde Transformation is an all-over blonde service using bleaching, deep conditioning, a precision cut, toning and a blow dry. It takes about four hours, may be spread over multiple sessions, and requires a consultation before booking.

Luxury Hair Extensions are sewn-in and priced per row, at $150 for a full row or $75 for a mini row. Extensions need a consultation, and the hair must be purchased separately before the appointment. The salon also offers installation only for clients who bring their own hair.

Luxury chemical straightening is a permanent treatment aimed at frizzy or curly hair. Appointments run about three hours, and pricing is set per ounce. Two versions exist: one suited to untreated hair, the other for hair that has already been chemically processed. A consultation is required first. The treatment can be redone every six to eight months, and clients who are also booking another chemical service can schedule the two a fortnight apart, in either order.

Booking policies are strict. A non-refundable $50 deposit secures color appointments and is refunded only if the salon cancels or reschedules. One reschedule with no added fee is allowed if requested more than 72 hours ahead. Changes made within 72 hours carry a 50% service fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service amount. Clients who cancel or reschedule two or more appointments must pay in full before booking again. Arriving 15 minutes late may forfeit the style, and arriving more than 20 minutes late may lead to cancellation.

House calls are available. The salon accepts payments for in-person bookings and offers Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 5 PM to 9 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
