The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and on weekends from 9 AM to 5 PM. Questions can be sent by text to (760) 881-1818.
Clients who are not sure what to book are advised to start with a consultation. New extension clients need a consultation first, and the consultations run from 20 to 30 minutes. For extensions, the deposit on the 30-minute consultation counts toward the service if the client goes ahead.
Deposits secure appointments, count toward the total and are non-refundable. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours' notice; anything shorter is charged 50% of the service, and no-call/no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. One reschedule is allowed with proper notice, and each additional reschedule requires a new deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
