New client visits run longer than loyal client visits, since the first appointment covers lifestyle, hair health and goals and often includes a color or cut rebalance. Extension work includes weft installation and reinstallation, K-tip and I-tip installation and removal, and CombLine, a strand-by-strand method used to fill in thinner areas. The studio currently buys its extension hair from Bellami, and clients can purchase hair during or after a consultation. Weft removal includes removal, shampoo, conditioning, a light trim and a blow-dry.

Visit guidelines: arrive with clean, dry hair and wear clothing that can take color, since high collars and hoodies can block access to the hairline. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and a deposit is required before rebooking after the first appointment if a visit was not cancelled within that window. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling or cancellation. Appointments are confirmed by text 24 hours ahead. Guests and children who are not having a service cannot attend, because of limited space and the salon chemicals and tools.
