New clients complete a consultation before booking a first appointment. The consultation costs $25 for 30 minutes and cannot be booked on the same day as an initial appointment. Interlocking is set after consultation, based on new growth, and starter loc parting is also discussed in the consultation, which can be done virtually or in person. A $10 booking fee is charged once when someone becomes a client and is added to the books, separate from the deposit. The deposit is half the cost of the service, with the balance paid at the appointment.

Maintenance visits for locs come in several length tiers, and each one includes a shampoo and retwist. A style can be added for an extra $20. Crochet needle retwists are offered with or without a style, and loc repairs are priced per loc, with one rate for new growth and a higher rate for crocheted hair.
