Shampoo service always ends with a scalp massage, and any color service includes a deep conditioning step. Nail appointments include a hand scrub along with a massage for the hands and arms. Blowouts run from a quick wash and blow-dry up to a option that adds deep conditioning and a styled finish. Heat styling with a flat iron or curling iron is available as well.

New color clients need a consultation before booking a color appointment. The consultation costs $25, and that amount goes toward the color appointment once it is booked. Balayage and microweave are priced by the hour after a consultation, and according to the salon, partial, full and face frame highlights start at varying prices depending on whether a cut and style are added.

Business hours are Monday 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, and Friday 9 AM to 3:30 PM. The suite is closed Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Appointments outside those hours can be requested, subject to availability, by messaging the stylist.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance, and a reminder text goes out 72 hours before each appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows are charged 75%, rising to 100% after repeated cancellations or no-shows in a row. Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late should contact the stylist, as the appointment may be rescheduled or part of the service forfeited. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
