Clients can start with a complimentary consultation of about 15 minutes to talk through future color, haircut or other services. Prices for most services are listed as starting amounts, and the price of a perm or hair extensions depends on the hair and the work involved. Blow dries are not included in the color and highlight services.

The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. A cancellation or no-show within 72 hours of the appointment carries an 80% fee. Payment options are listed on the booking page.
