Most of the menu is color: color melts, lowlights, toners and glosses, babylights, balayage and foilayage, reverse balayage, highlights and bleach outs. Olaplex is included in several color services, including partial highlights, full highlights, balayage and bleach outs. Haircuts, wash and blow dries, girls' cuts for ages 5 to 14, Olaplex and smoothing treatments, and tape-in extensions are also available.

New color clients are asked to book a free 15-minute consultation first, which can be arranged by text or in person. New clients pay a $50 deposit that goes toward their appointment. Extension services begin with a consultation and color match appointment. Appointments are booked online through the studio's booking page, and gift cards can be bought online too.

The studio says its goal is to treat each guest like family while delivering professional hair services. Visitors should plan for parking: there is a free lot behind the salon with a steep incline and blind spots, plus street parking on Avenue F. Drivers heading south from the north on PCH cannot turn left onto Avenue F.

The salon aims to make each client feel welcomed as part of the household, alongside skilled hair work.
