Services are by appointment only and booked through the online booking link, where gift certificates are also sold. The owner prefers that clients reach out by text. The listed hours run Monday through Friday, with Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 11am to 7pm, Wednesday from 10am to 7pm, and Friday from 11am to 6pm.

Body waxing covers areas above the waist and below the glutes, and heads are not waxed. Facial waxing covers brows, lip, chin, cheeks and nose, and men's beards are not waxed. Film (hard) wax is used on most areas and a soft wax roller on legs, with hard wax used on legs when needed. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly the size of a grain of rice, and clients are usually fine after at least two weeks without shaving. Waxing above the waist and below the glutes can be done on all bodies, while intimate waxing is only offered to people with vulvas.

Waxing can be done during a period if a tampon, menstrual cup or disc is in place, and free tampons are available in the bathroom. Free street parking is on Whetsel Ave. and on Adelphi St. one block up, and metered parking is around the corner on Bramble Ave. For 24 hours after waxing, clients should avoid exfoliating and avoid makeup, lotions or deodorant on the waxed area.

Late arrivals and cancellations are handled with set rules. A client more than 10 minutes late without contacting the studio is recorded as a no call/no show and receives an invoice for 75% of the scheduled services, which must be paid before booking again; more than one no call/no show ends the client relationship. Cancellations are accepted until 12am on the day of the appointment, with one same-day cancellation or reschedule allowed per client, and a 50% invoice applies after that. A same-day reschedule with no penalty is allowed once within 7 days of the original appointment, and rescheduling outside that window carries a 25% invoice, with a second same-day reschedule carrying a 50% invoice.
