Sundara Hair and Skin Collective sits at 37 Topsfield Road in Ipswich, Massachusetts. The business describes itself as more than a salon and as a family, bringing hair stylists, estheticians and a Reiki practitioner together in one place.

Each professional runs their own practice. Hair stylists set their own service menus and pricing, while estheticians set their own services and schedules. Estheticians follow the same booking process as the stylists.

New appointments are requested by phone. Clients call (978) 356-2433 and leave a detailed message with the preferred stylist or esthetician, the service, a desired date and time, and their name and phone number. Front desk staff contact clients within 24 hours of a message, Monday to Friday. Those front desk hours, 10am to 3pm on weekdays, are for reception only and are not the salon's hours. Walk-ins are not accepted, and stylists are not currently taking new clients except by referral.

Checkout is handled through Square. Late cancellations may incur a missed-appointment fee, which each stylist sets based on the service missed before rebooking. Botox is not offered.
