Neurotoxin and filler appointments begin with a consultation and facial assessment, and treatment plans are individualized. Fillers can be combined with Tox in one visit, and SkinPen microneedling can be combined with Tox as well.

Neurotoxin injections are made with Dysport, Jeuveau or Xeomin and are used for forehead, between-brow, crow's feet, under-eye, chin, frown and lipstick lines, and to soften the jaw and neck lines. The practice also offers Tox for headaches, neck and trapezius pain, and excessive underarm and palm sweating; those pain-related injections are not billed to insurance. Appointments take about 20-30 minutes after the assessment, with results beginning within 2-5 days and settling in 10-14 days. According to the practice, the effect on clenching, jaw and temple areas lasts about 3-6 months.

Dermal filler appointments run about one hour and use hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxylapatite (Radiesse) or poly-L-lactic acid (Sculptra) products. Fillers should not be scheduled within 7-14 days of a major event. SkinPen sessions take about 20-30 minutes, with numbing cream beforehand and a soothing gel afterward. The usual plan is monthly sessions for three months, then two to four maintenance sessions a year, and acne scarring may call for six monthly sessions; clients avoid exfoliants and salicylic acid for 48 hours afterward. SkinPen is listed at $325 for a one-hour appointment. Sculptra sessions start at $750 and are usually a series of at least two, sometimes three, spaced four to six weeks apart, with annual boosters afterward and package pricing available.

The weight management program requires an initial one-hour consultation, listed at $160, before starting, and is open to clients at least 18 years old. Plans combine diet, exercise and medication, with body composition analysis. Medications are semaglutide (GLP-1), starting at $200 per month, and tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP), starting at $300 per month, supplied through a 503A compounding pharmacy in Hallandale. Follow-up visits are free and take 30 minutes, and medication pick-up visits are free and take 15 minutes. The program does not accept insurance for weight loss medications, and anyone transferring a prescription from another provider must book a consultation. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead through the online booking site, by email or by phone; the phone line does not take text messages.
