Everyday visits are handled on a walk-in basis during clinic hours, which are Monday 8am to 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 4pm, and Saturday 8am to 12pm, with Saturday appointments recommended. Urgent care covers injuries and illnesses such as coughs, strep, mono, pneumonia, fractures, sprains, lacerations and infections, and also includes STI and contraception care. Labs and full bloodwork are drawn onsite, and X-rays are taken at a partner site with results in one to two hours. Primary care and disease management are built around a care plan that each provider develops with the patient.

Services include yearly physicals and preventive screenings, school and sports physicals, and DOT physicals, which are often completed the same day. Employers can also book on-site pre-employment physicals and drug and alcohol screening that falls outside DOT rules. Medically supervised weight loss pairs counseling with GLP-based and other prescriptions when needed. The practice reports that most supervised patients lose 10 to 20 percent of their weight, with visits every week or every month to adjust the plan.

Payment is through insurance, cash or membership. Most commercial insurances are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid, but not every provider takes insurance, so patients should check when booking. The discounted cash rate is $149 to $349 per cash-pay visit. Individual membership is $99 a month, family membership is $249 a month, and specialty care membership is $149 a month. Memberships are a flat monthly fee for longer visits and direct messaging with the provider between visits, can be paid annually, and can be changed or cancelled at any time. Insurance can be kept alongside a membership, though it is not billed for membership visits. Sign-up and billing run through the Hint membership portal, and a care coordinator can explain what a first visit involves before booking.

The medical spa works by appointment only. Treatments include Xeomin anti-wrinkle injections, LightStim LED light therapy, microneedling with medical-grade needles, and skincare and medical-grade peels using PCA Skincare and L'Bri products. IV hydration starting at $199 for the base fluid, with $29 added for each extra medication. Packages including Clear Confidence, Heal and Reveal, Pure Rejuvenation and The Signature Glow are priced after a consultation. A members-only Beauty Bank adds extra perks.
