The color menu covers partial and full balayage-and-highlight services, a bleach retouch that the salon recommends every four to five weeks, and a platinum bleaching service that the salon says is performed by experienced stylists. Wild Gloss is a demi-permanent toner, and Color Me Wild offers one-step color for roots or the full head. Painted Wild covers custom techniques such as balayage, ombré, vivid colors and color melts, and it requires a consultation before booking.

Cut and styling options include Mane Maintenance, a dry haircut without a wash, and Wash, Cut & Glow, which includes a shampoo, a custom cut and a blow-dry at one price whatever the hair length. Wash, Cut & Glow does not include pixie cuts or men's hair. Blowouts are offered as Big Hair Energy, and Extra Mane Energy is a blowout designed for extensions. Extension services require a free extension consultation first.

Free consultations are available for general hair goals, history and lifestyle, and they run about 30 minutes. Add-on treatments include a deep conditioning treatment, a scalp treatment, a Malibu treatment that removes buildup, minerals and pollutants and uses a direct dye lifter to fade semi-permanent color, and a split end treatment that seals ends without cutting length. Full payment is due at the time of service, paid by credit or debit card or mobile payment; checks and delayed payments are not accepted. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice given by phone or text, and later changes carry a $40 fee. No-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled total, and guests more than 20 minutes late are treated as no-shows. No refunds are given for services rendered, so clients with a concern should contact the salon within 48 hours. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule.
